The ancient Casale of Podere Pietreta welcomes you
in its suggestive atmosphere immersed in the magnificent and unspoiled Val d'Orcia - World Heritage Site -, the land of excellent wines, doc cheeses, ancient gastronomic recipes and thermal baths.
Your stays will be carried out and will be managed in compliance with
all the legal and sanitary provisions related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Magnificent location, excellent structure but above all the exceptional managers. Precious advice, precise information, absolute availability.
Thank you. Fantastic.
An ideal place to rest, regenerate and located in a strategic point to visit the Val D'Orcia and above all enjoy the nearby natural spas of Bagni San Filippo.
Perfect for our weekend of relaxation and tranquility, away from the stress and noise of the city.
Immersed in the Val d'Orcia, Pietreta is in a splendid panoramic position overlooking the greenery.
Well furnished room in rustic style, excellent cleanliness. At night you can enjoy total silence and a breathtaking starry sky,
recommended for those who like my partner have a passion for astrophotography.
The structure allows you to reach the town center in a few minutes where I recommend visiting the famous Fortress from which you can enjoy a fabulous view over the whole valley. Full marks in everything, highly recommended.
A corner of peace set on the gentle slopes of the Val d’Orcia, with a panorama that gives serenity just to admire it.
The pool is always clean and quiet.
The tastefully furnished and well-equipped apartment, with the possibility of using the outdoor space as well.
The courtesy and welcome of the owners and their friendly Golden Retriever.
Last but not least, the splendid village of Radicofani, which can also be reached with a nice walk.
We had a wonderful time in Pietreta.
The house is a typically restored 18th century Tuscan farmhouse with a wonderful view; the apartments are decorated accordingly
and fully equipped. We spent very pleasant hours by the swimming pool after sightseeing in the extraordinary Val d'Orcia.
The village is a little gem, full of activities and exhibitions in summer. We particularly appreciated the kindness of Mauro, the local guy overseeing the property. Very relaxing. Highly recommended.
What did we like? All.
Beautiful place, the services are excellent as well as the hospitality of the managers
who have provided us with numerous and very useful tips for our stay.
Exceptional welcome! We needed a quiet place to break a long journey and rest a night and we booked here:
we didn't want to leave anymore!
Perfect location for visiting the Val d’Orcia, but also for enjoying a few days in complete relaxation immersed in the Tuscan countryside. We will definitely be back for a longer vacation!
Spacious, fresh, well furnished and well cleaned rooms. To top it all off, a very enjoyable swimming pool!
A wonderful place surrounded by nature and silence. The structure is very beautiful and well maintained. The very well maintained pool with spectacular views. I stayed in the "Lavender" room, beautiful and surrounded by bushes of fragrant lavender and other aromatic herbs.
In front of the room we had a beautiful table under an oak where, in the morning, we were brought an Italian breakfast
with fruit juices, coffee, milk, jams and even homemade cakes, delicious!
Everything is taken care of in the smallest details even in the room. Although the structure was fully booked, the privacy of the guests is guaranteed by the wide spaces that allow peace and absolute relaxation.
We were already at the Pietreta farm 18 years ago and we were already enthusiastic. A lot has been done in the meantime and the trees have grown naturally which is especially nice in the pool area.
But the best thing is the details of the accommodation. Beautiful images everywhere, museum-like furniture and a very tasteful interior design. The apartment is simply furnished with a lot of love. We will definitely be going back a third time.

My husband and I spent 10 days touring Tuscany while staying in Pietreta as a base. This was our first time in Italy and seeing Tuscany from this beautiful location surpassed all expectations. There are more hill towns to visit in a 30-60 minute drive than you can see. Breathtaking thermal pools, museums, exquisite dining options.
Lucia, her husband Antonio and their staff made us feel like family, their recommendations on sites to see, restaurants and more were perfect. The town of Radicofani is delightful, as well as with wonderful casual restaurants. Our apartment was a cozy and peaceful treasure to call home during our visit. (translated by Google)
