In the old Tuscan Pecorino cheese factory

In an old farmhouse in the Tuscan countryside, near Pietreta, you can visit a real dairy where all the steps in the processing of Tuscan pecorino will be illustrated.

The various types of pecorino will be described and analyzed, from the collection of the milk to the aging. The visit will end with a tasting of the various types of pecorino cheese appreciated during the visit, combined with a selection of local cured meats. Everything is accompanied with good Tuscan wine.
